Laura Elena Padilla Vazquez FUGITIVE from Justice in the STATE of SONORA had her federal lawsuit DISMISSED by the Agrarian Tribunal.
Her case is # 375/2009 click on the thumbnail to read the official court dockett from Feb 15,2012.
All we need now is to have the STATE of SONORA arrest this FUGITIVE from Sonoran Justice with arrest warrants since May of 2009 but can’t be located!This way our criminal trial can go forward instead of being suspended because she can’t be found!
Boy was I wrong about what is happening with the appeal in Caborca. The paper (or few papers) I thought was a summary of something justifying something is completely off the mark! it’s thousands of pages long. In fact it’s about two feet tall. It is the entire case to date minus all of my fotos and videos adding more nails to the coffin and exposing all their lies. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to scan the file so we all can laugh at all the crap in the file that is easily impeached!
The case will actually NOT be adjudicated in the tribunals of Caborca, but in fact is going all the way to the STATE SUPREME COURT in Hermosillo. I don’t know if there are oral arguments or not, but if there is there is no way I would miss it. I have filed papers with all three courts where they can notify me of any and all movements in the case. I will NOT be excluded this time.

Hector Tomas Wongg’s Attorney files an appeal of the appeal that confirmed the lower court conviction 9 months after Wongg served his ONE YEAR jail time, Wongg’s lawyer allowed this poor ignorant fool to serve ONE YEAR in jail because, according to Wongg’s family, “They were going to sue me for false imprisonment,”
He let this man rot in jail so that his real clients could continue to hold onto our land. As long as they don’t get arrested (NO CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING anytime soon) they can keep possession of our land. Why, because the court argues that our criminal case is SUSPENDED because the fugitives from justice can’t be located. The comandante of the state police (PEI) searches the beaches, the streets and the town but not our property for these fugitives, the trial CAN NOT CONTINUE!! Thus in effect we are DEPRIVED of the use of OUR LEGALLY PURCHASED PROPERTY!!!
I wish to remind everybody, that last summer AFTER finding out that there was a trial and conviction, I personally offered Hector Tomas Wongg to set him free, offered to pay his fines and the only stipulation was that he sign a piece of paper in front of the judge that he would NOT return to our land! Tomas Wongg personally told me his lawyer said NO, that they were going to get him alot of money from me to make me pay for what I did to him!
I will be in Caborca tomorrow morning to speak with the magistrates and read the file. As you can read in the above posting by the Court in Caborca, something justifying something was added to the file. After leaving the court, I will make my way down to Hermosillo to see if anybody will be willing to tell me why the state of Sonora is NOT executing the arrest warrants that have been sitting collecting dust since OCTOBER 2007!!!
Read this letter below from the comandante. What he DOES NOT SAY, is that HE NEEDS SPECIAL PERMISSION from his bosses in HERMOSILLO to execute these arrest warrants. How idiotic does it sound that these criminal fugitives from justice can’t be located. El Golfo is SMALLER in size than a typical American University, yet they can’t “locate” the fugitives even though they sell tacos from our property and ride their horse on our property!!! Look at the very bottom of the order signed by the penal judge, the words SECRET are clearly visible. Why is everything in secret, well the criminal code calls for this secretive process to keep the criminals in the dark to the indictments but in my case they use it to hide everything from ME! The local police won’t even pick them up because they have been INSTRUCTED NOT to arrest these fugitives! No trial = criminals continue to be in possession of our land. Why?? Ask the STATE of SONORA why they allow so much obvious CORRUPTION to be FREELY exercised in our case? If the PEI wanted these fugitives to stand trial, they would pick them up in a second!!But they don’t and they won’t. I have seen them (PEI) in action, they work wonders when they are allowed to… Clearly, something is horribly wrong with this situation. Why would ANYBODY not politically connected or with DEEEEP pocket$ want to invest in Sonora??? I know Donald TRUMP is looking to invest in Sonora, but he has clout! He calls up the governor’s office and is directly connected to him, I call and they laugh at me!
The “NUEVO SONORA” is for everybody NOT investing in El Golfo de Santa Clara, Sonora!!! I still get the “OLD SONORA” the crap end of the stick!
I know I am old fat stinky gringo but, the fight goes on!! Someday, somebody with a conscience will give me a hand and apply the law. Let the truth have its day in court! To this day, the truth has NOT been able to stand up to machetes, Molotov Cocktails or corruption in the state of SONORA justice system. Only the federal system has put the truth first above all else. The first question out of anybody involved with this case at the FEDERAL system has always been, “Tienes Papeles?” or “do you have legal paper/title?” whereas the state system, I was always asked what was the size of the land and how much it was worth.. Anybody notice a difference in the methodology of ascertaining who had more right to the land, the violent squatters with weapons in hand or me with a piece of paper issued by the State of SONORA that says we were the LEGAL property owners.. Like I said, I only have the truth and legal title on my side. They on the other hand, hold all the cards!!!
After going thru a secret criminal trial where we were EXCLUDED, and a conviction with the convict spending a year in jail and losing his appeal of his conviction, his lawyer is now trying to DELAY the inevitable; the return of the stolen land. There was only one reason I was NOT notified of this criminal proceedings; because they did not want me to present my photographs and videos that completely destroys their claims that they are telling the truth! Plus, with me present, the other fugitives from justice would not have been allowed to give declarations on behalf of this poor ignorant fool that has been the only person to pay a heavy price for trespassing and squatting on our land!
But there is only one reason why these people have been able to get away with it for such a long time! They are PERMITTED to get away with their antics becasue the STATE ALLOWS them to get away with it.
How else do you have SECRET trials and a STATE POLICE FORCE that CAN’T LOCATE fugitives when they are selling TACOS on our land and raising a HORSE on our land and NOBODY can find them to bring them to justice but they are able to go to the same court room where arrest warrants were issued to give false declarations on behalf of their fellow criminal gang!
I have filed complaint after complaint with the STATE government about allowing these fugitives to freely roam the streets of El Golfo and all they do is basically LAUGH at me!!! The state controls it all. if the state of Sonora wanted these thugs going through a criminal trial, they would have picked up these fugitives a long long time ago. Maybe they would have ruled them innocent of all charges again, but at least they would have given me a change to get our land back. While these criminal fugitives are on the loose, they keep possession of our land! They are free to sell their tacos and ride their horses because they know nobody from the STATE POLICE is going to bother them! They openly hide in plain site!
The eviction of Hector Thomas Wong was SUSPENDED because somebody solicited and was granted an AMPARO! This guy spent a YEAR in JAIL and “somebody” went to a judge with MORE LIES and extended the time a bit longer WITHOUT posting any BALIL!!!!
I have not seen any documentation to this effect but I was “officially” informed over the phone of the suspension on Monday’s eviction and restitution by the Criminal Tribunal judge.

The Agrarian Tribunal of Mexicali, BC, has re-issued an order to RAN (Registro Agrario Nacional) out of Hermosillo, Sonora to comply with teh court order to provide technical aspects of the location of our land. The original verdict only stated that our land was located within the boundries of the Colonia Melchor Ocampo but DID NOT state if it was located in or out of the EJIDO land which is a mile away)! Try that one on!
To make a long story short, all of our squatters have LOST their case against our title. They are done, they will be evicted by the FEDERAL court system because the STATE of SONORA has been unwilling to this point, to act against these criminals. They have been allowed to harass, steal, destroy structures, threaten with death and or great bodily injury, chase us around with their machetes and Moloctov Cocktails, burn our trailer (watch video) and hide in plain sight from the arrest warrants that are outstanding against these criminals. All of my claims are well documented with official court documents and or pictures and video.
Oh, by the way I almost forgot. They also have been able to provide fraudulent documents and perjure themselves with COMPLETE IMPUNITY!! Judges allowing clandestine hearings to go on and issuing possession titles to our squatters while at the same time having FULL KNOWLEDGE of our LEGAL claim to the land these criminals were soliciting the courts acknowledgement of possession claim. This is how they were “legally” allowed to get water service from the municipal government.
Remember this ugly sight? After throwing the trailer off the land and stripping and stealing everything from it, the trailer just happens to suffer from spontaneous combustion????
Hopefully, 2012 is when the State of Sonora will finally ENFORCE it’s own laws and the FEDERAL AGRARIAN TRIBUNAL evicts my SQUATTERS in the next couple of months.
maybe the criminal cases in the Tribunals of San Luis Rio Colorado, #170/07, and 26/2009, and 215/2010 all have the ARREST WARRANTS executed and we get closure on these cases. These are the 9 fugitives from justice that can’t be located (per PEI Comandante) yet they live on my land?? Go figure. Who in their right mind would invest in Sonora, Mexico???
