Due to technical cirtcumstances beyond my control, I have NOT been able to post the documents I promised. Yahoo is working on it. As soon as the problem is resolved , I will be posting these documents.

There has been movement in our case. However, I am still waiting for the turtle that is delivering the documents that I am not supposed to publish; but I will!

By the way, the squatter that attacked me with the “garrote” or “two by four”, still can’t be found by the authorities even though he lives next door to us and on our property and freely comes and goes like he owns the place!!! Maybe 54 days isn’t enough time??

The Sonoran representative that claims that “they didn’t know everything” was the Director of tourism and claimed NOT to speak any English and needed a translator!! Go figure, he learned English rather quickly!!
Real solutions are needed for a floundering real estate industry in Sonora, Mexico!!! Fraud and corruption will only enrich a few on the short term but sink the investment potential in the long run!! We have been fighting for justice for FOUR LONG YEARS and it has been rather elusive up to this point!!

We are getting closer to a real legal resolution, hopefully, this time with no political interference or obstruction!

It appears that a higher authority in Hermosillo is blocking the execution of 9 ARREST WARRANTS. Not only are they blocking them they are trying to keep copies of the arrest warrants and the indictment resolution. I wonder why they don’t want me to have a copy>>>??? Hmmmm, I wonder why!!
El Golfo is about the size of a typical university. Impossible to hide, yet these 9 people cannot be located!!
Hopefully, a Federal Amparo will change this situation. I will be seeking federal intervention as we continue or search for justice in the State of Sonora!
I will post more this afternoon or evening.

By the way, did you know that one can go anywhere you want and place a electric meter panel, call 071 from any phone and the electric utility will give you electricity!! No questions asked no papers required. Then you wonder why it is so EASY to SQUAT in Mexico. Our squatters not only have electric service, they have WATER service as well!!!!!

It appears that a higher authority from Hermosillo is currently blocking the execution of 9 arrest warrants for crimes commited against us. El Golfo is smaller in size than a typical college campus, yet it seems that these fugitives cannot be located. Hmmm, I wonder why!
Not only are they blocking the execution of the arrenst warrants, I am being precluded from obtaining a copy of the arrest warrants and a copy of indictments! I wonder why>>???
Hopefully, a Federal Amparo will force them to give me a copy and or force them to execute the arrest warrants.

As previously posted, July 3, 2009, I was attacked by one of my squatters on our property. The police showed and the a report was supposedly taken and a whole host of charges were submitted to the state prosecutor. Unfortunately, no report could be found. The state prosecutor requested a copy of the report but was told no report existed. After a month of badgering I was finally provided with a copy of the supposed police report.
Noet, the two conflicting dates on the report. Not one name of any of the 10 witnesses are listed. They claim I was not injured on the right side, it was the left side. They claim they couldn’t find the suspect to areest him, when they personally talked to him in his front yard even after he almost ran over one of the workers with his truck as he tried to destroy the holesw dug for the fence poles.
In any event, a month later and I finally have a copy and you too can read it here by just clicking on this link.

This is a report paid for and commisioned by the ejido to our property located on Lot 1 of Colonial Melchor Ocampo. They call it “Explanada” a possession of their for over 40 years, but during our criminal trial they testified that they had no interest in our land!! This report is dated June 2005

The incident where I was attacked last friday morning (July 3, 2009) by one of my squatters, was NOT REPORTED by the police to their supervisors in San Luis Rio Colorado!! I was checking with a “Juez Calificador” for the police department in San Luis and he was sorry to inform me that NOTHING had been reported, nothing was in the log, and nothing was in writing!! It never happened!!
I had to go beck to the state prosecutor to get the investigation restarted. The police have no witness statements, or their names how are they going to write a narrative report???? At least the state dr. has allowed me to consult a specialist here in the states because of the burning and weakness in my left arm.
Why they will not pick up this squatter or take a police report on a violent act with a deadly weapon against an American investor I have no clue!! Not even becasue this coward has an arrest warrant out for him will they arrest him. He must still have protection from the big shots in Hermosillo, for they are the the ones that determine who gets arrested or not, it is not the attorney general that decides, it’s somebody outside of the judicial police organization but within the executive branch that makes that decision.
I will be posting important information that will be of much interest for those of you that are enlightened watching the justice system at work in Sonora, Mexico!!! What a shame that unwritten rules and political favors rule the system and not the rule law as a basis for pursing life, liberty and justice in Sonora, Mexico!
I have to have an MRI done on Monday morning then physical therapy then I am back to the grind before the vacation period starting july 20!!
Hopefully I will have a copy of a document that I am hoping to publish. I have private documents from the ejido implicating them deeper of thier quest to steal and annex the two colonias in El Golfo into teh ejido!! And they claim they have no interest in the land!!

On June 22, 2009 a hearing was held in the Federal Agrarian Court where the LIES continued to ooze!
Although you can read the defendants false declarations you don’t know what the questions are. I hope to post those as soon as they are forwarded to me.
Our squatters a specifically asked if they have any documents supporting their claims of possession and or ownership and they all stated NO, which is a LIE becasue they all have falsely obtained possession title issued by the judges in San Luis Rio Colorado.
They all continue to declare that they have been living on our property for over 10 years where I have pictures before we purchsed the land that shows it vacant land!!
