Great news to report today. The appeals court in Caborca, Sonora has just rules to CONFIRM and UPHOLD the lower court ruling that we are entitled to get our land back from these criminals that kicked us off our land on February 18, 2006!!! (Click here for the announcement it is case #1417)

What is next:
*Criminal case #170 in San Luis Rio Colorado. Sentencing is expected soon (this week I hope).
*EVICTIONS as per Appeals court ruling
*Indictments issued against the squatters in another criminal complaint that has been blocked by the state of Sonora for the past year and a half.
*Invalidation of squatters illegal possession title. Case #’s 110 , 111 and 1134.
* Agrarian court to rule again on who the legal owners are (previously ruled that the land in question was private property and not part of the commune!)
