Tuesday March 25 a judicial inspection occured on our property by the judge. Now we just have to wait for his ruling on the matter by next week. Hopefully we shall have our answer by thursday Aoril 2, 2008!

My Federal Complaint (Amparo indirecto) against the State of Sonora to execute arrest warrants.

We lost our appeal to get the Federal court to order the State of Sonora to execute the artrest warrants. It seems that the state can do whatever they want with the arrest warrants! At the moment they are nice paper weights and dust attrackers.
