I forgot to mention, that although this criminal was caught with his hands in the cookie jar, NO CRIME is probably being commited. Just fair warning, or breaking news comming out of the appeals court of Caborca at a future date. If you remember from a previous video that was presented as evidence in my parents case, they ruled that they were INNOCENT of ANY crime becasue well, we DID NOT provide satisfactory EVIDENCE that a CRIME had been committed!!!!!!! By the way they also ignored the fact that NO EXCULPATORY evidence was presented on behalf of the defendants and they also IGNORED a 1997 Supreme Court ruling that said that our land was NOT EJIDO land but in fact PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!!!
And did I forget to mention that we are NOT ENTITLED to appeal to the federal governmet for injunctive relief!! They control it all; that is why the rich get richer and the srewed get more screwed in a closed system. There is NO ACCOUNTABILTY, they can do what ever the hell they want!!

I have been trying to give the new administration an opportunity to hear our grievances against the corrupt system that we had dealt with in the past, however, they are not making things any easier. Before I go public with certain private information, I have been trying to reach out to the governor on a personal basis but he has sent me to his second in command where I have been treated like a scumbag!!!
Anyway, the fight continues!!

Today was hopefully the beginning of the end to our squatters run as TRESPASSERS and CRIMINALS. The FEDERAL APPEAL of the DENIED AMPARO has been REJECTED!!!

What does this mean, it means that according to the law as it is written and NOT practiced, they MUST stand trial and answer the charges in front of the judge!!

On of these squatter thought it was ok for him to strike me several times with a 2 x 4. I had to have rotator cuff surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff.
He is and was able to freely roam our land even though he had an arrest warrant outstanding. Unfortunately, the commandante hasn’t been able to locate him even though he is now living on our property, he is NOWHERE to be found.

Invasores Amparo Sept 2009 This is the original petition to dismiss thru a federal decree the arrest warrants. They claimed they had NO CLUE as to why the were being persecuted much less prosecuted for going back on our land after being evicted the week before!!!

Invasores Amparo en revision July 2010 This is the ruling that was posted this morning informing the world that these clowns had every right to be prosecuted for their crimes!!!!!!!!!

Just because they will be held for trial does not mean that they will be held accountable for their misdeeds!!
If you remember, previously, the state of Sonora protected the thugs that were captured on tape violently throwing us off our land!! they IGNORED the ruling handed down by a supreme court decision that said our land was private property!

Only Governor Padres can assure the readers of this blog that the law will be applied in the manner it was intended when the Constitution of the State of Sonora was written!
Only time will tell.
